Pushing Hands (Tui Shou)
Zhan Zhuang (meditation)

Qigong training begins with more simple forms like Balancing Gong and Healthy Living Gong and then progresses on to more advanced forms such as Wild Goose Qigong (Dayan Qigong), and Swimming Dragon Gong.
